Job Description:
This position is responsible for help processing billings, deposits and other areas for our US company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities may include working with departments, vendors, and invoice approvers to streamline invoice submittal and entry time, weekly payment preparation, invoice entry, month-end expense accruals and reconciliations, as well as involvement with additional projects as your interests and passions may take you.
- Being the person who everyone will go to if they need to know the code for an expense account or cost center will go a long way in this role as you will be interacting with a wide variety of departments and roles within the company.

Qualification & Experience:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate required
