Job Description:

Schedule: Training Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:30am – 6:00pm; permanent schedule options with start times between 9:30 and 11:30 will be reviewed during information sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Educate and sell a variety of products and services, while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Creating an experience where customers know they have been heard, understood and feel valued
  • Helping customers understand complex electric and gas rate options across multiple service territories
  • Responding to gas and electric emergency situations with a high degree of accuracy to ensure public safety
  • Providing technical support to customers for our online and self-service options

Qualification & Experience:

  • 6 weeks of classroom training followed by 4 weeks of a supported learning environment
  • Experience selling products and services preferred
  • 1+ year of customer service experience required, 18 months preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual/Spanish experience is a plus
