Job Description:
In partnership with the management team, supervise/manage the daily operations of assigned location(s), while ensuring a superior guest experience. Contribute to maximizing profit and retail contribution to WCS by exhibiting proficiency in sales, service, employee coaching, store operations and maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Empower team members through role modeling the six performance values of accountability, teamwork, pride, integrity, excellence and continuous improvement.
- Handle any customer issues professionally.
- Ensure sales associates are following WCS policies including dress code, time and attendance, and safety protocol.
- Drive location sales by increasing key metrics such as ATS (Average Transaction), UPT (Units Per Transaction), and number of transactions.
- Employee Experience/HR
- Uphold WCS Business Service mission of offering superior service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Communicate customer feedback to management team.
- Communicate any policy violations and/or employee issues to management team.
- Utilize proper coaching techniques to give feedback to sales associates on a daily basis.
- Treat all employees equally, professionally and with respect.
Job Requirements:
- Abilityto stand or walk for long periods of time in a variety of weather conditions
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- HighSchool Diploma or its equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Strong math skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time in a variety of weather conditions

- Ability to frequently lift, push, and carry objects of moderate to heavy weight.
- Strong math skills.
- Strong time and attendance history. On time and ready for work when expected.
- High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED) preferred.
