Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Convey the vision of user stories for the development team to facilitate estimation, communicate intention and outcomes, understand the solution end to end and work with the Scrum team to design and deliver that solution
- Prioritise the backlog by business value, with the business Product Owner, or, as a Proxy Product Owner on behalf of the business area
- Collaborate with business & IT SME’s, managers and wider stakeholders across our business to define user stories for delivery into the backlog
- Validate user stories, ensure they meet the ‘definition of ready’ for the development team
- Communicate with SME’s, Segment Managers and wider Stakeholders across the business of the Scrum Team’s commitment (or otherwise) of their User Stories
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience within a Product Owner role or Business Analyst role, translating business need for technical delivery
- Managing senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Strong commercial and analytical skills to provide volume forecasts into estate planning
- Ideally educated to Degree Level or demonstrable equivalent experience
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience of Pega, Cortex or similar ‘no-code’ or ‘low code’ automation tools
- Experience of working in telecoms industry (desirable)
- Experience of working in an Agile development environment and/ or in a Digital team
