Job Description:
The In-Store Marketing Coordinator will provide all-encompassing support to the In-Store Marketing Team and coordinates marketing collateral for stores.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with vendors to deliver collateral on time and fulfilled accurately
- Proofread and edit marketing collateral
- Confirmation between teams regarding creative assets. Expected to fully manage transparently our creative database and facilitate ongoing creative needs
- Prepare marketing creative and additional documents for meetings when needed
- Coordinate collateral needs & marketing materials for existing and new stores
- Prepare and submit purchase orders for marketing collateral to vendors
- Support multiple, ongoing marketing projects
- Point of contact for vendors
Job Requirements:
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Must be self-motivated and personable with a flexible approach to the work required
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Suite, Excel
Qualification & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with all level of internal and external “customers”
- Experience in and a passion for working in a retail/fashion environment, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
