Job Description:
The Six Flags Small Group Sales call center is the go-to resource for guests planning trips for groups of 10-99 people. The purpose of this position is to assist guests with the selection of product offerings and order placement with fast, friendly, out-going service. Account Service Representatives will engage with guests from all across the country!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in placing orders with complete accuracy and proper documentation with the accounts receivable and ticketing operations team
- Communicating professionally and efficiently to clients through email, chat, and phone calls
- Assist in the technology and data operations of our dynamic sales organization
- Any and all other duties as assigned
- Assist in driving forward innovative and efficient ways to assist our clients to improve overall guest experience
- Be able to report daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly metrics utilizing our CRM
- Gain and share knowledge of daily events and opportunities including educational events at our parks
Job Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to apply for this position
- Proficiency with Microsoft office is a plus
Qualification & Experience:
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task and engage in multiple conversations via chat/email consistently
