Job Description:
Prepare daily arrivals, inclusive of daily memos Process advanced deposits Attend to correspondence receipts Research daily reservations/refunds Respond to brochure requests
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete call-tracking sheets
- Print confirmations for guests, check over for accuracy, and mail out
- Be aware of availability of Hotel for current day verses competing hotels and their rates
- Run arrivals for current day
- Be up-to-date of all special event packages and rates
- Be up-to-date on current offerings within hotel, waterpark, and local area
- Handle Gift Certificate inquiries, sales, and processing
- Input rooming lists
- Answer room reservation calls and be prepared to give rates and describe rooms and various packages
- Be sure supplies and equipment is adequate and organized
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- Must be able to speak, understand, read and write English
- Prior customer services experience required
- Should have an enthusiastic and service-oriented attitude
Qualification & Experience:
- Knowledgeable of property and waterpark information
- Possess organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of OPERA System preferred
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary
- Ability to share all possible hotel and waterpark knowledge as trained
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
