Job Description:
Reporting to the Sr. Director Education, Talent Development and Brand Education and Artistry, this job will provide administrative support and coordination for the function. Responsibilities include:
Job Responsibilities:
- Generation of various weekly/monthly/yearly reports
- Monitor logistics execution for internal Learning & Development workshops/sessions with internal and external partners
- Maintain a systematic communication method with external event management company
- Process and track training expenses vs. budget
- Coordinate and follow up on department projects as needed
- Review and process invoices for payment
- Scheduling and communication of meeting requirements for external facilities
- Create and communicate key timeline details for upcoming events/sessions
- Ownership of creating reporting from stakeholder input and various data points (primarily Excel, Cube, and Cornerstone LMS)
- Cascade information to stores via various communication methods and tools
Job Requirements:
- You can hold sensitive and/or confidential information in confidence
- It’s a bonus if you are bilingual, both written and spoken
- You’re a star at multi-tasking and you love to problem solve and drive complex priorities
- You’re comfortable with minimal travel (0-5% total)
- You’re a team player who can work independently in ambiguous situations
- You’re technically savvy and skilled within Microsoft Office, Smartsheet and Box
- You have a minimum 2-3 years’ experience with event logistics and/or training administration
- You’re an Advanced Microsoft Excel user & reporting is your jam
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills (preferred experience with business communication, and project updates)
- You are familiar with event online registration and LMS (Learning Management System) administration
