Job Description:
As a Ride Operator, you’ll provide exceptional guest service while delivering the thrills and excitement we’re known around the world for. You will ensure excellent guest service by responding to and exceeding their requirements, expectations and needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain area cleanliness
- Maintain guest safety
- Monitor rides, following all safety regulations
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Report unsafe situations
- Assist in loading and unloading guests from ride
- Ensure guests meet ride admission requirements
- Answer guest questions and advise them on show times and park attractions
- Test equipment before opening ride
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong English language communication skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Participation in American Red Cross and SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment audit processes
- A commitment to great customer service
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
