Job Description:

In order to be considered for part-time opportunities, candidates must be available to work varying shifts/hours based on business needs. This may include working opening, mid-day, closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and bus tables in assigned areas
• Produce and serve bar drinks by following recipe and presentation standards
• Keep all assigned areas clean and sanitary, including emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and detail cleaning
• Operate cash register for cash or credit card transactions
• Check and ensure appropriate drinking age and monitor guest consumption of alcohol, following all company and state guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Interact with guests by greeting and providing excellent service

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate effectively with ambassadors, guests and leadership
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior server/bartender experience required. Minimum of one year preferred.
• Must be comfortable and able to work with all food types, including food allergens in any dining facility
• Must be able to provide exceptional guest service

Qualification & Experience:

• Must be able to push/pull up to 55 pounds
• Must be able to move freely around work areas
• Must be able to stand for entire shift
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must have excellent cash handling skills
• Must be able to learn and effectively use computerized guest order system
• Must be able to maintain composure in stressful situations, multitask, make quick decisions, troubleshoot problems with training, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to complete and successfully pass required ServSafe training
