Job Description:
As a Cash Control Coordinator, you will perform all daily, weekly, and monthly Cash Control duties, including, but not limited to: inventory, cash/coin processing, revenue transaction input, filing, inventory report creation, Over/Short reconciliation report creation
Job Responsibilities:
- Occasionally assist other locations and areas throughout the park as needed
- Prepare/process daily deposit(s)
- Other duties as assigned
- Perform park cashier and SOP audits as needed
- Maintain a safe and neat working environment
- Perform cashier duties in park to ensure positive customer flow while audits are completed
- Ensure excellent customer (internal & external) service by responding to customer requirements, expectations and needs
- Assist with special projects in the Finance department as needed
- Assist seasonal staff in completing tasks
Job Requirements:
- Strong basic math skills using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training is preferred
Qualification & Experience:
- Able to regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift/move up to 40 pounds
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Able to write effective business correspondence
- Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
- Able to regularly use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, sometimes above head, handle, feel, stoop or kneel
