Job Responsibilities:

• Perform service transition tasks according to ITIL methodology processes (Asset management, change management, knowledge management-SOP management)
• Interact professionally with corporate IT, other departments, and outside vendors regarding implementations or issue resolutions.
• Perform service operation tasks according to ITIL methodology processes (Event management, incident management, problem management, request fulfillment, access management)
• Participate in the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of IT systems including networking switches, wireless, copper and fiber optic infrastructure, PCs, hardware, software, and peripherals
• Other duties as assigned
• Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and according to the customer’s needs

Job Requirements:

• Technical certifications for PC, Network, Telcom, and system support experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot network and wireless issues using commonly available networking appliances or tools
• Working knowledge of Windows, Cisco IOS, Avaya, Apple iOS, Android, and other OS platforms as needed
• Guest service experience preferred
• At least two years of experience working with PC, Telecom, System Support and/or Networking

Qualification & Experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to adapt to evolving technology trends that will enhance business functionality
• Ability to recognize service design (according to ITIL methodology processes) concerns and address with peers and supervisors. (Service levels, availability management, information/physical security management)
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Able to work autonomously or as part of a diverse group
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints for electrical design pertaining to copper and fiber installations
• Ability to push/pull 150 pounds
• Have proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
