Job Responsibilities:

• Wearing and interacting with headset technology to fill customer orders.
• Locating merchandise in the correct warehouse location, in the correct size, color, etc. according to customer order specifications.
• Preparing and distributing ticket batches.
• Handling issues such as “can’t fills,” errors, etc.
• Other tasks as required to meet team goals.

Job Requirements:

• Actively support team concepts and effectively communicate with team members.
• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment.
• Meet scheduled work hours for department and shift.
• Remain flexible to work overtime, as scheduled.
• Meet NMD physical requirements of standing, bending and lifting, etc.
• Give attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience:

• Attention to detail in order to verify accuracy of work.
• Experience in productivity-based environment.
• Basic reading and numerical comprehension.
• Ability to follow directions with a minimum of supervision.
• Ability to work effectively alone or in a team.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and have flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• A high school diploma and previous warehouse experience are preferable, but not required.
• Meet NMD physical requirements of standing, bending and lifting, etc.
• Additional tasks as required.
