Job Description:

The sights! The sounds! The stage! A great show experience is just as big a part of our guest experience as our rides, attractions and food! And you’ll provide the expertise and leadership that makes it all happen.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Train, supervise, evaluate, coach and develop the cast/crew in your assigned venue/area. Administering feedback sessions and evaluations in a timely manner
  • Assist in the development, training and maintenance of safety inspections and procedures for your assigned venue/area
  • This includes, but is not limited to, green tag procedure, injury reduction plans, MSDS sheets, emergency action plans and monthly safety inspections
  • Follow and maintain training protocols and standard operating procedures in your assigned venue/area and collaborating with your Supervisor to update and develop these, as needed
  • Assist in the maintenance of ambassador training records
  • Assist in the installation/remounting of new or changing show/performance product while maintaining open, clear and concise communication with internal and external departments
  • Work with cast and crew to maintain the integrity of the show and maintenance with regards to technical and safety related issues as well as general cleaning. Learning technical tracks in order to fill in, when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • General knowledge of theatrical operation required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree preferred
  • Two (2) years of related experience in Theater preferred
  • Prior technical training and management experience preferred
  • Certain venues require the ability to swim

Qualification & Experience:

  • Consistently practices safe work habits including, but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations
  • Certain venues require applicant be at least 18 years of age
  • Willing to comply with and ensure ambassadors comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure excellent guest service
  • Working knowledge of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditions
