Job Description:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Account Managers who will inspire, guide and help our members achieve their health and fitness goals by encouraging their involvement through our best-in-class people, places and programs. They will utilize their ability to hire, support and retain driven professionals focused on building long-term, value-based member relationships that enable achievement of acquisition and retention goals. They will also create, maintain, and execute the Sales Department business plans and adjust as needed to deliver results at or above company expectations in member acquisition and retention.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coaches Account Managers through role-playing and shadowing club tours and gives them tools to improve and develop stronger sales and customer service skills
• Meets daily with Account Managers to review weekly and monthly sales and unit goals, assess individual performance, and review individual business plans
• Recruits top talent through partnerships and prospecting to continuously grow the team of Account Managers
• Collaborates with leaders in other departments to ensure maximum member engagement and connection to the people and the club
• Leverages the company marketing strategy to ensure the Account Manager team initiates, develops and grows relationships with new and current members
• Monitors revenue and unit totals daily to ensure Account Managers are achieving or exceeding individual and team goals

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, leadership or management
• Experience in hiring, supporting and retaining top performing sales or account management professionals
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Manager, Sales Manager and Leadership Certification once hired
• Completion of the Life Time University Account

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
