Fleet Welder – Menards Employment

Job Description:

This position is responsible for welding and fabricating items for Menard’s Fleet Division.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to lift 40lbs occasionally
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to take direction from management

Job Requirements:

• Must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask.
• Have 3-5 years of direct welding experience or an accredited welding technician degree.
• Any other welding related projects assigned by the manager.

Qualification & Experience:

• Fabricate various items that may pertain to trucks and forklifts, but no limited to this.
• Perform all aspects of welding and fabrication of new steel projects
