Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will provide support to a team of group leaders and instill a dynamic within your management group while respecting the Five Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Entertainment and Efficiency. As a manager, you will manage the development of recommendations on the sizing and allocation of resources in line with the strategy set up by the management and provide analytical support in order to provide the elements to help in the decision making process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and monitor the Group Leaders and the team to ensure that their skills are developed.
• Support and ensure the implementation of new tools in the daily work of the Workforce and Operations teams.
• Be a driving force within a division in full transformation and ensure a safe working environment for your collaborators & colleagues.
• Coordinate all actions with the internal Work-force departments, Operational and Support Services.
• Accompany the operational management of your perimeter in the dimen-sioning of the need and in an optimized resource planning strategy.
• Monitor new technologies and methods.
• Support the development of processes in integration with the Workforce Strategy, Operations & Finance team.

Job Requirements:

• You know how to adapt your communication to recommend decision making in your field of action and give meaning to your recommendations.
• Your experience has allowed you to be recognized as a leader in terms of communication, development and team management.
• You have at least 4 years of professional experience as a manager or equivalent (cross-functional management).

Qualification & Experience:

• At ease with numbers, you are able to communicate analysis results in a simple manner and understand their implications.
• Agile and dynamic, you are able to adapt in a complex, constantly changing work environment in order to adjust actions to provide solutions and instill this mindset in your team.
• You have a strong team spirit, you are a force of proposal, autonomous, proactive, curious and do not hesitate to challenge.
• You have a good command of the office package, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
