Job Responsibilities:

  • Acting as an interface with external service providers and internal partners
  • Manage the various participants in the context of a specific event.
  • Studying technical plans for transmission to internal teams and external service providers.
  • Analyse the client’s needs (search for service providers, client visits, discussions with artistic designers, etc.) and to be able to relay the request to all your contacts.
  • You will be responsible for the implementation of all the technical elements of the stage so that everything is operational.
  • Respect established procedures (internal, legal) and apply safety rules.
  • Write prevention plans, roadmaps and prodbooks (schedules, plans, etc.)
  • Participate in the development and coordination of an event, following and applying the allocated budget.

Job Requirements:

  • You are an autonomous, rigorous and organised person who likes to manage various projects
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and you know how to adapt to the environment around you
  • You have 2 to 3 years of successful experience in event or stage management
  • You know how to deal with last-minute requests and changes

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bilingual French (minimum level C1), English is a plus
  • You have a good command of the office pack
  • Flexible hours and weekends and holidays required.
  • Knowledge and mastery of software such as Autocad, EBMS, PLANCILE is a plus.
  • Your priority is to work in compliance with operational procedures and safety rules.
  • A driving licence B category is required (since 2 years)
  • You are a team player and are sensitive to team spirit
