Job Description:
UPS Capital, a financial subsidiary of UPS, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Parcel Pro group. This position primarily provides customer service by answering high volume of incoming calls and assisting customers with customer accounts, services and questions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced office environment and have strong technology, analytical, oral and written communication, problem solving and time management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolves customer support challenges in a time-critical environment using problem solving strategies
- Analyzes customer problems and communicates solutions verbally and/or in writing timely
- Manages multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced office with minimal supervision
- Answers high volume of incoming calls professionally and quickly demonstrating appropriate telephone etiquette
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrates ability to solve problems quickly
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates high level of attention to detail
- Ability to perform routine analysis, document and present results
- Maintains a professional demeanor at all times
- Clerical Support experience – Preferred
Qualification & Experience:
- Customer Service experience – Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) – Preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access) or similar software
