As a Claims Specialist in our Auto Injury Department, you will be part of a special team that plays a critical role in serving our customers the injury claim process!
Job Responsibilities:
- Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles auto claims in an assigned area to include verification of coverage, legal liability and extent of
- Delivers a remarkable customer experience through handling claims involving injury
- Recognizes and reviews claims requiring specialized handling, including identifying issues that may require the use of independent experts or
- Works in partnership with and provides instruction to claim associates
Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills along with high competence in the following: Adaptability, Customer
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Fulfill state licensing and continuing education requirements, as applicable
- Position may require walking, climbing, bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, stooping,
Qualification & Experience:
- Preferred/Desired Skills, Education, Knowledge, Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- May be required to work overtime
