Job Description:
The Customer Resiliency Division is entrusted to help customers who are struggling to keep up with their bills. Through the usage of analytics and latest technology, we build the contact strategies to drive engagement with our customers and the customizable tools to provide solutions that work with them in their time of need. As the Business Analysis Manager for Customer Resiliency, you use data to ensure that our team is building the right experiences and creating tangible business value. As both an individual performer and a leader of junior analysts you will turn analysis into insight: about our customers, our solutions, and the opportunities we should be pursuing. You excel at communicating those insights – in dashboards, slides, Slack messages, and presentations, influencing the priorities of peers and business leaders, and training junior analysts in the art and science of analytics.
Successful Managers are strong collaborators and communicators who can win analyst and non-analyst populations to the value of their insights. They are experienced analysts who are very comfortable with data, and burgeoning thought and people leaders who drive outsized impact on Capital One and the tens of millions of customers independently and through the ability to influence and drive results through others.
Job Responsibilities:

- Present your findings regularly to partner teams and senior leaders to influence decision making and agenda setting
- Build relationships and find opportunities for partnership across diverse teams and functions
- Lead and train junior analysts to successfully do all of the above with your guidance
- Significant experience with complex analysis and communicating the value of your data driven recommendations to others
- Excitement and ability to lead and mentor junior analysts

- At least 2 years of experience in analysis
- Enthusiasm for new technologies & helping customers
