Job Description:
Manage guest correspondence through various channels to include letters, emails, Facebook and other social media channels; including resolution Maintain a safe and clean work environment Maintain, process and control confidential files
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Lost and Found to include shipping of guest items
- Provide guidance and authorization for guest satisfaction tools/resources
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Input large amounts of data
- Follow up with department(s) on unresolved correspondence
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent guest service
Job Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when handling highly sensitive information
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong phone and computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Have previous experience in a customer service role
- Provide excellent guest service to both park guests and ambassadors
Qualification & Experience:
- Have excellent cash handling skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated and have the ability to meet deadlines
- 2 years of theme park front gate or guest service experience preferred
- A valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain a company driver’s license preferred
- Office experience and operational knowledge of SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica preferred
- Able to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment
- Have strong problem-solving skills
- Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. be able to work opening and closing shifts
- Able to work in all weather conditions and climate controlled environments
