Job Responsibilities:

• Performing written reports of building inspections
• Complete tasks assigned within time constraints implied by park guidelines
• Inspecting emergency / exit lights in all buildings
• Performing monthly inspections of emergency generators
• Able to work well as a team player within a group
• Inspecting egress doors for ease of operation
• Assisting with ride inspections and green-tagging
• Assisting with park re-lamping
• Performing regular maintenance replacement of filters and lamps found on inspections
• Inspecting tension / polarity of all receptacles

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma / GED
• Valid VA Driver’s license
• Basic math skills and competent reading and writing skills required
