Job Responsibilities:

• Manage in-store promotions and price changes for all assigned locations; setting daily sales goals and coaching team members that are not meeting expectations
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed including cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention procedures; Initiate cash audits, perform surveillance audits, and track over/shorts for the department.
• Tour area of responsibility to identify maintenance related items, communicating immediate concerns and following up on completion, ensuring opening/closing procedures are followed, and maintaining store layout in accordance with facility plan-o-grams
• Ensure team members are providing World Class Service; recognizing / rewarding above standard behavior, coaching / disciplining those not meeting expectations, resolving immediate guest concerns, investigating and providing recommendations to correct reoccurring guest service issues
• Manage controllable expenses including labor, production supplies, and inventory accounts for assigned locations

Qualification & Experience:

• Professional and effective communication skills
• Effective conflict management skills
• Ability to effectively manage time
• High School Diploma / GED
• Two years of park gift shop and/or photo experience preferred
