Job Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to positively represent Buffalo Wild Wings Brand as a first point of contact for Guests. This role is responsible for managing all takeout orders and accurately entering orders into the Point of Sale system and collecting payments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organization of silverware and other kitchen equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables
• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Exert fast-paced mobility between the dining room, bar and kitchen for periods up to 6 hours
• Communication skills and a willingness to work with other team members
• Assisting servers to clean and reset tables
