Associate-level marketing role on the Brand Management team within the Buffalo Wild Wings marketing organization. The Brand Management function is responsible for leading our marketing strategic planning process, cross functional calendar/program development, and measurement and optimization against our brand and business goals.
- Leading the cross functional round team
- Development and production of above the line advertising
- Coordination and implementation of non-TV marketing activities (Media, POP, Activations/PR, Performance Marketing, Social, Partnerships, etc.) into the Round plan and execution calendar
- Accountable for business results/goals for each round, laddering up to the annual brand AOP
- 4 year degree preferred
- 2+ year’s of experience in brand management or similar marketing role.
- Experience in executing rigorous marketing strategy, development, execution, and measurement mandatory.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experienced in leading agency relationships, advertising development, and media plans.
- Brand and/or Agency experience acceptable
- Financial acumen, particularly as it relates to how marketing budget is allocated in service of delivering Annual Operating Plan.
